Hey, guys, I don't mean to sound like a corporate *****, but I just wanted to let you know good and early that America's Funniest Home Videos is doing a "funny or unusual" short film contest. You send in a short under 3 minutes long before October 31st, and after lots of judging, the winner gets $5000 and a 2-day trip to Hollywood where you meet the producers of AFV to discuss your ideas!

I'm really excited about this contest, not necessarily about the possibility of me sending in something and winning, but the possibility of someone I know of sending in something and winning, which is why I'm spreading the word.
