I was just watching boogie nights the other day on dvd with the directors commentary by pt anderson, I also like to watch every movie with directors commentary(if they have it). it gave me an idea. Maybe we could have the students who post their movies, be allowed to send in another copy with student commentaries (directors, actors, producers), and have people be able to watch the movie, with or without commentary(there could be a link on every film page before they watch the movie, asking if they want it on or off). It might be cool to hear what they were thinking when they made it or if they have any interesting stories to tell... Just a thought.

Someone should make a film that has directors commentary in the real thing. It could start out like "Hey guys, I'm the director of this movie and I hope you all enjoy it. I'm just going to point out some things that might be unclear from time to time. Oh, and thanks for buying the ticket. If you downloaded this flick, suck my wrinkaly, dinkaly d*ck" It'd have to be a real ostentatious film though. I can definately see Quentin Tarentino doing this.
