Oh, and by the way, you guys, I've been to plenty of internet chat rooms and forums in my day, including Ain't It Cool News, and believe me, there is a very large, unavoidable amount of young, reckless forum-crashers out there just like Harry. With so many places to go on the internet and so many people that go to them, it should be considered a given, and for good reason. We all know what it's like to rebel against authority or to know other people that did, perhaps just to get attention, and this could easily be considered as rebellion for the digital age. But we should count ourselves lucky we only have 2 people we have to deal with that this applies to.

We don't just go banning members for one inappropriate post. If we see continuing problems with the member, that member is warned first. If problems continue, then a decision is made on what course of action we should take.
I haven't really seen anything else from Tanner since then, so there is no reason to ban him.
