You might want to try and go to http://www.creativecommons.org and then click the "Find Music/Video" button on there. Creative Commons is a type of licensing many people used... Finding music with them is awesome because MOST of it is perfectly legal to use, royalty free, etc... Plus it is music that hasn't been overused by other people.
