what frame rate does this you compress the quicktime movies to? 30 fps? or something like 25fps to keep file sizes small?

I actually use 15 (although some of them are at 30).

To keep the file size down and the image quality good - this is really the only way to go.

I used to go with 30, but then the quality of the image diminished quite a bit unless I boosted the file size. And since the films can be up to 140 megs as it is, I think fast download times with a higher quality image (at 15) is the best.

I might experiment with 24 or 25 however in the future.
