hi, i tried uploading my own avatar (its the correct dimensions), but whenever i go to custom avatar/upload image/browse/update avatar/ nothing is updated, it just goes back the the other avatar i uploaded

r we only allowed to upload only one of our own images?

i mean i like having kubrick as my avatar, but i wanted to try other stuff out.

Your avatar will change to the one you just set after you make a new post. At least it should, that's how it always worked with me.

well, the prob is when i select it in the "edit avatar" window, it doesn't change.

I was of the impression that the site doesn't allow you to upload avatars from your personal computer. That it had to be on the internet already, you know? Which would mean that you have to upload the avatar somewhere else on the internet and then just use the url to put the avatar on studentfilms.com. That's what I always thought.

Oh, and for future reference tc, there's an edit button at the bottom of each post that YOU make. So, you can edit your own posts, instead of correcting yourself with another post.

right right, but then that thang comes up that says "this post has been edited" and sometimes (especially in heated arguments) it connotates that u said something stupid and needed to take it back - but then u look stupid cause readers know (or think they know) that u were being stupid and back-pedaled.
