Hello to all. I am curious as to what everyone's opinion is regarding the top cinema studies schools in the country. I have come across a few lists online, but they list 20+ schools. What are the top 5 Cinema Studies programs? Thanks to all for the advice. i look forward to your responses.

Well, since you asked...Critical and general film studies top 5. I'm looking to study film in Grad school as well, so I believe either would probably be adequate.

From my knowledge, for Critical Studies, there really is no beating USC. It's the oldest film school in the country, with some of the best professors in the world. I'd also imagine that NYU and Columbia would be pretty great too.
