I'm planning on transferring from Columbia College to NYU, Chapman, or Emerson. I have a 3.7 here, but my high school grades were very low(2.7), and I got a very low ACT score(21) because of some problems I had in high school.
My question is should I retake the ACT as a college student or does it really matter since I'm applying as a transfer.
