Howdy all,

I'm currently studing at the JMC Academy in Melbourne.... I was wondering if there were any other JMC students on the forum, or if anyone has even heard of the JMC?

A little off topic but do you know of VCA, i heard they have a tremendous film school over there.

Hahahaha, the VCA.

There are two schools of thought on that one. Some of us at the JMC feel that we were the VCA rejects and that is why we are at the JMC. (VCA wannabes in other words)

and

Some people think that the VCA has a reputation that surpasses its actual courses. (PPL think they are stuck up)

Personally, I have not experienced life as a student at the VCA so I can't comment on them. But yes they have a fantastic reputation, (we have better equipment though around $250,000 dollars worth of professional studio equipment!)

I think I put down JMC as one of my preferences. Is it any good there?

Well, isnt that a difficult question to answer! (I just realised that if you put the JMC down on your preference... you must be in the same "here" as I am! Hahahaha, **** I'm dumb some times!) It's 1145, thats what Im trying to say!)

Its late here and I dont want to give a bias rant so I'll post tomorrow (after uni, hehehe). If I forgot, PM me. I don't want to be to negative (or too positive) hehehe!
