I have a friend who goes to SVA and loves it. If you pursue the BFA in Film and Video then you focus in on four possible tracks of study: writing, directing, editing, or cinematography. The teachers only teach one or two classes in order to encourage them to continue working in the industry, so you'll be taught by people who "are" and not "were." Regular Admissions deadline in March 1st. I'm also applying, so I know the drill. You can apply online here: http://www.applyweb.com/apply/svag/And here is where you'll find the supplementary application for Film and Video: http://www.schoolofvisualarts.edu/ug/index.jsp?sid0=1&sid1=27&page_id=94If you have any questions, please, let me know.
