FTII - film and television institute of India at Pune is the best. But there is also a Satyajit Ray School of film in Calcutta. I wouldnt suggest it unless you are ready to go throo bad admin and worse studio facilities. Alumni is not that bad but.FTII has only MFA prgms. There are very limited seats. Portfolio is a must and the admission is very very choosy.
