Hey, I'm preparing my portfolio for undergraduate admission to Syracuse, but I don't understand the difference between the Film Art program and the Film Drama program. I feel I want to apply to the Film Art program, however it requires a traditional portfolio. I don't have any sketches, drawings, or paintings that I can submit. I only have work in film, video, and 35mm photography(8x10s). Can I simply submit a 10-minute vhs tape and 3-4 8x10 prints to the Film Art program? Any help would be great.

Would Film Drama be an acting course?

For Film Art you take traditional art courses like painting, sculpture, drawing and for Film Drama you take acting, theatre etc.

I thought they were going to combine the two though...
