on the international film festival at NYU, the australian films kicked USA's ass technically. But I forgot the film school. Very impressive work came out of it. I guess it was the most famous one in australia. If finance is a problem, check out the Prague film school. One of the best in the world. I will go there for 6 weeks for an intensive 35mm course to DP some shorts (not sure yet). I can tell you more about that school later.
My teacher knows the best filmschools all around the world. i could ask him for additional infos.

But i'm just a fresh-man in film-making so i need to contruct my base-skill in a long course first.
As i researched the Prague Film School that you mentioned may be the FILM AND TV SCHOOL OF THE ACADEMY OF PERFORMING ARTS IN PRAGUE (FAMU). And they just have the Certified for Cinema Studies in English, For BA Degree, they're all in Czech Language.

Based mainly on Shawn Kasinger's films on this site ("9 of 10" & "Bus Stop"), I would investigate Bond University where he attended, and perhaps still does. Any place that facilitates that degree of skill, depth and imagination is worth a look. Have fun.

THE film school in australia.(many past students have been nominated or have won oscars)
only problem is getting in. In most areas (ie Cinematography), they only accept 10-15 people per year max, plus it is purly post graduate (Grad. Dip. and Master of Arts), so you pretty much have to go through uni(yawn), they also run some pretty cool short courses, and their facilities are the best in australia, with fully equipted soundstages and post-production suites ready for 35mm, 16mm, and the Digital Video formats.
