I am planning on moving to vancouver and I want to enroll in a filmschool over there. I have been researching Emily Carr institute of art and design, but I haven't found any information as to how good or what their focus is. So i was wondering if someone could give me some advice as to good it actually is and if its not I would be very grateful if you could provide any info on other film schools that would a good choice

if youre going to vancouver, you should check out vancouver vilm school. It is one of the most famous film programs in canada, and while it is expensive, i have known several people who have gone through it, and thought that it was a really good foundation. also look into Simon Fraser University and UBC if you are set on living in Vancouver.

Thanks, I will certainly look into those schools. The only thing is that I picked ECIAD because its so cheap! its like 4000 bucks a year if you're a resident. And since I have almost non-existent funds for school I was looking for the cheapest decent school I could find
