Went pretty well, talk to a guy for a little, show him your stuff and do a mini writeup on a film clip they show you.

I got an interview with Purchase too. If it's anything like other film school interviews they just drill you with questions like " why film" and what inspired you and so forth. Being that the interview is about two hours long i'm sure they critique your portfolio pieces. So bring the best! Good Luck! I don't know if i'm going to the interview yet.

i applied to suny a few months back as well, but still haven't received information about an interview. at this point, should I be worried? is there anyone else still waiting?

it would be nice for them to atleast notify me whether or not i have an interview coming up, particularly because Purchase is now probably my top choice.

i had my interview last week- you should of heard by now.

interview went well- you had to write this stupid pointless essay.

they review your portfolio and ask questions about it- guy was pretty cool also
