Yep Im probally going to UC Santa Cruz, I went there and the film school kinda sucked as in very little production 4 out of 13 classes, not that theory is bad but... Good facilities though.

When I was at UC San Diego's film program we had 2 transfer students from UC Santa Cruz that were quite disenchanted there. That was a few years ago, and I believe UCSC's program recieved a nice endowment of money and/or equipment since then, but I am unaware of the specifics.

As a liberal arts school, UCSC is excellent (As are all the UC's). You can't go too wrong there.
