Two weeks or so later; "we've made some f***ing error, you are not. You are on the waiting list!"

My f***ing god... what do I do now... that was my ticket out. Not going because of the actual film classes, but because I needed to get out of this god for saken f*** fest of an area!!

I'm sure it's too f***ing late to apply to other schools, and I'm not cut out really for anything but film... I don't know what to do... I'm f***ed for another year... it seems...

You pressumed correctly, but no biggie...

I understand your upset and why, but take a few deep breaths.

I had a friend in a similar situation. Applied to FSU, thought he was in just to find out the old school he had been going to withheld his transcripts over an unpaid parking ticket (which he latered proved he did not incure) He missed that year and felt stuck.

Before the next year however he hooked up with a studio in Miami and now works as a cinematographer on Music Videos and features. Getting paid to do what he loves.

There should be no such thing as lost time, just an opportunity to do something else. I know that does not help much yet but dont sweat it. Hang tough.
