like wat do u mean wat if the school say was like nyu and i had a year or2 at nyfa and alevls would it matter then

What I mean is you need to ask the school what they accept, because every school is different. I assume most will accept A Levels, but you should make sure anyway.

Yes. Most colleges require it. SATs for public universities do require you to take it.
