I recently visited Los Angeles this weekend for a film festival where a short film of mine screened, and I got a chance to visit some schools in the area. I have to say, I really liked LA and felt right at home here. Anyways, I fortunately got into every school that applied to and I want to know how people would compare all of them; what are the pros/cons for each and how they compare with each other. The schools are: Chapman, Loyola Marymount, Emerson, NYU, and Boston University.
I have a tough decision to make in the upcoming months, and I thank everyone for their help.

I'd say you probably have to do your own research to answer this question, since pros and cons are usually subjective. Some of your schools are listed in Film School Confidential by Tom Edgar and Karin Kelly, so look into borrowing a copy of that from your local library. Also try typing in the name of the school with review after it and see what you get from the web. Some sites have places where students have commented upon the programs.
