Hey guys I have been working on a little short film of mine. So far we have done all but 4 of the scenes. That means that the production is about 80% done. A good number, but I would like to be done. Anyway here are some pics. Comments are welcome.

This first picture is a picture of me outside our house. I think this picture is a little creepy, but thats just me.


This is a picture of Dake playing a video game. You can tell he is really into it.


We filled a whole bathtub full of "Blood" and i think it came out nicely.


This was a scene we did at mansfield damn. This was alot of "fun" to film. We were there around 3 AM and we got followed by a black SUV for about 6 miles. We thought we were being followed by the feds. We had to do the lighting from my car's headlights. I think it came out nicely considering the facts.


I like the lighting in this one.


This scene was a supposed to be a restaurant but we never got a location so we used the Sinclair room in the Union. I worked nicely, because we got free rain of the room for as long as we needed.


This is me at the door with a dead body. My shirt is covered in blood. yay.


This is Dake trying to convince me that Jeff Foxworthy is funny. He failed.

nice grabs, i also like the one where you are holding the glass. Maybe it's just me, but a lot of them seem slightly underexposed, and I think it might be because you're relying to much on existing lighting (practicals nsuch).

You might be right, but I think its ok because the feel is supposed to be dark. Or at least, thats what I am telling myself.

do you mind me asking what the film is about? judging from the bathtub of reddy-goodness, I'm inclined to believe it has elements of horror/mystery.

Its a dark comedy that is about this guy who gets bored/frustrated with his life so he kills someone and gets his roommate involved.

cool - is this for a school project or just an individual project?

Im would probably do this project anyway, but it got started as a project for a filmmaking club.

I hope the end project turns out as good as these grabs look.
