I started a new short on Saturday night, called Cryptic Night. The film is about two men listening to a short story being told on old radio during a dark and stormy night. I don't want to give away too much more, because it would truly ruin the viewing of the film.

Anyway, we started Saturday at around 8:30 PM, and wrapped at around 4:30 AM. Unfortunately, the film is still not done being shot, and I now need to get my camera fixed (I went outside last night to get an establishing shot for the title and credits, and used a small desk lamp to light it. The lamp kept flickering, so I thought it wasn't plugged into the extension cord all the way. Turns out that piece of the lamp cord came out of it's port, and the insulating came unraveled, so when I touched it, I got electricuted. I had my camera in the opposite hand, and when I shook I dropped the camera. Everything worked fine after checking it over, except for the switch that changes the mode from camera to edit/playback. Anyone have any idea how much it might cost to get this repaired?)

I'll post some screenshots ASAP.

Yea, it did suck getting electricuted. At first I had know idea what was going on, it was only about 10 sec after it was over that I realized what happened.

The camera is a Sony TRV-280.
