Hello, I'm not sure if your states have it, but here in Indiana they have this state competition held by State Farm Insurance. It's a art contest with categories in: music, video, performance, writing, painting, etc. My teacher for my communications class told us about it, and he wants us to make a video for it. So I got my group of three together and we're going to make one. THe people in my group are Kreg Carter (me), Kenny Hart, and Jimmy Haygood.

It's going to be a sci-fi video, we aren't sure about all the plot yet, but we plan on making a small interior of a spaceship. I am working on writing it right now, and will hopefully have the script done by the end of this week. I've gotta go to school now (only half day, yes), I'll put more up here when we get more completed.

I've almost got the script done now, it's at 6 pages, and i'm going for 8 (since it has to be 8 mins long). It should be pretty good. We're going to get together this weekend and start building the set. That's all I have to say right now.

Man, it's been a long time since I updated this. Well anyway, we haven't gotten nearly as far as we should've by now. We just started building the set this weekend. We didn't get very far on that, but we got the PVC framwork done. Now we have to spray paint, and cover the frame with plastic. It an interior of a spaceship, made by arching PVC pipes in a half circle, and then we're putting random space looking stuff in it. It probably won't look all that great, but oh well. I got donw with the first draft of the script, but I'm now writing a second, and it's turning out quite a bit different than the last one, but it's a lot better so that's a plus. Hopefully we'll get the set done next weekend at the latest, and then shooting won't take too long, since it's only 8 minutes long and only one location. That's about all there is to say right now.
