In the wake of returning home from a horrifying long paranoid plane ride I have decided not to return to my old routine which has been smoking the life out of me the last 6 months...my part in the editing of Mountain Months is officially over. The begining of it started a horrible chain reaction among just about every cast member and it will infamously be known for being the reason for unnecessary child bearing/sharing couples of two of the main cast members. Two people who have basically been killed because of this film...its almost as if they started thinking they were gonna be famous and had to muster up a nice life for the looking...or something more interestingly horrifying than the actual picture. The picture has been built up through its trailers to being almost a spiritual pilgrimage to the mountain top, but really this movie is about the found place at the highest point and knowing nowhere to go with it but circling the summit and planting flags with no particular meaning. The leading inspiration and direction of this film came from Clark Grieve's Canada, whose writings were given to my friend's and over the last 3 1/2 years as this product lay untouched he has offered to help complete it since I do nothing but send him letters *****ing about how much I hate dealing with this film and all the times its accidently gone missing/deleted. A bolster is being filled and stamps are being licked and maybe in another 3 years the curtain will lift.
Another reel of bolsters, conjured for "Ghosts", is being sent to Christopher Thomas at Purdue University to edit.
I greatly appreciate this assistance as these two individuals have helped me many times offering long attention spans to my ramblings and workings. This will help me get back to getting new projects started, I am looking forward to working with them both more fluidly in the future.
also in other news the production of Dig Dug has never been in production
