The following is a list of the films received for the contest. I'm still waiting on some films that were sent but I haven't received yet.
My hope is to have these films posted to the site this weekend: 1. "Where in the World" by Trevor Scott 2. "Lost and Found" by Stanley Mackrell 3. "Macioria" by Anders Holine 4. "Lost in Conception" by Joseph Gerbino 10. "LOST" by Valeria Meng 11. "Where did you go?" by Charlotte Wooley 12. "Do Not Touch" by Gabriel Kuchar 13. "Journey of a Wallet" by Oliver Kot 14. "Play" by Melanie Grace Mercado 15. "Black and White Ghost" by Leopoldo Rivera 16. "Le Shlambeaux" by George Murray 17. "At A Loss" by Travis Marsala 18. "The Lost and Found" by Eric Kohler 19. Server should be back up now. I think the server might have ran our of memory - but we're looking to upgrade servers soon so that won't happen.
But crashing once a month is better than crashing twice a day right? Anyways - I got hit HARD with a stomach flu and fever last night - still feeling pretty bad - but I'm chugging along trying to get the films up for you. Then I'm going to crash. (me - not the server)  -Chris Studentfilms.com |

Ok the films are up!!!
Enjoy everyone! I'll do a more formal forum posting and announcement later on tonight after I get some rest and try to beat this fever. There are 18 films in the contest - I received 21 films but was unable to accept them all because 3 of them used copyrighted music. The 3 in question have been added to the "normal" part of the site under the New Films section as the rules are more lenient for the regular part of the site. I'll post more info later tonight in regards to voting for the winners etc etc etc... In the meantime enjoy! I'm going to get some sleep. Best Regards, Chris Wright Studentfilms.com |
