Am I the only one whos a little dissapointed that Chris squandered his 1000 post on a Super Bowl comment? I think he totally should have squandered it on an anarchy schpeel

I hate the patriots. I SO didn't want them to win. I mean, T.O. is a jerk, yeah and he's an arrogant son of a *****, but I just did NOT want the Patriots to win.

The only thing I like about the pats is Tom Brady. He's a damn good quarterback.

Lol, yeah, Boston is the place to be this year. My classes cancelled on Tuesday because of the parade.

Everyone (except for me I guess) up here in Indiana is still mad about the Colts not making it to the Super Bowl. (in case you forgot the Colts got brutally massacred by the Patriots) And no I dont support my home team.

As a die hard eagles fan- sunday was a dissapointment- but frankly we were ready for it. Philly is sort of the Red Socks equivilant for football... except we have yet to recieve our due. It's a strange sort of atmosphere to exist in- pennsylvania is a football loving state , and out here in the boonies in particular we take the game seriously. Across eastern PA in places full of small-town folk who've never ventured into Philadelphia, birds banners are as numerous as mailboxes and people will literaly paint the sidewalks green. What is it that drives us to invest so much emotion into a game? An event that has no direct consequence on our lives? Why do we live and die with a group of players we'll never meet? Is it a need to secure a bond with our neighbor? With generations future and past? Because if you stand atop Lincoln Financial Field and look south to jacksonville, with the right pair of eyes you can almost see the high water mark- the place were one tremendous wave of hope finally broke and rolled back. And many in the city of brotherly love find themselves once again crushed in its path.

Tyler is right. We are wasting our lives!
