Hey guys im making a new film and i want to use allot of film noir, Ive read the discussions on it and nobody answers how to achieve the look- they just tell the history of it! I bought two worklamp combo's wich have the tripod and the two lights on top- each setup pushes a 1000 watts so with two i have 2000 watts and then i have a single clamp flood light with 500 watts so i believe i have enough power, but now i need to no how to mold the light into artwork, im going for that 1930's scarface indoor look, and then in post ill make the indoor scenes b/w and the out door scenes i want to use the coloring from the movie TRAFFIC ill do that in magic bullet... Also can you do film noir outside? and if so how difficult is it? thanks allot

theres a black and white preset in magic bullet that mimics this..

if you want it color i would pump the saturation up from the preset...

might turn out preety good.
