Well i've been developing a treatment. I've already had a few comments on it and just some stings need to pulled a little tighter to clear up some clarity. The movie is very twisted and its outside the box. I've prodvided my treatment below. I'm wondering where I can go about finding a writer who could take a look at this and help me pull it all together. Where do I look too?

Executive Summary

Mind Light explores the years from childhood to adult about a boy who tells a story of growing up. From love, friendship, drugs, alcohol to unexpected troubles. Everyone’s life is a story, a story waiting to unfold that makes us open our eyes. Ryan Carr unfolds his life story taking us through life’s expected and unexpected behaviours.

ACT ONE

It’s a dreary, dark, cloudy day, Ryan in his denim blue jeans and stripped polo shirt makes his way to his first day of High School. His mind frozen over like a rather large ice cube, in a state of sorrow and anxiety. He makes his one big leap from the top of the chain right back to the bottom of grade nine.

Sweat slowly gathers along the brim of his forehead. Eyes looking at him in every direction sticking to his warm sweaty skin. His movements feels slow and dragged down by the weight of his pants as everything around him rushes by like a race track. The pressure slowly building up as he searches for familiar faces. Finally notices his usual group all gathered in a hallway corner trying to isolate themselves from other encounters.

Ryan walks into his warm humble home in a rather dreary state. His mother and father bombard him with questions about his day. He tries hard to tune it all out but at the same time realizes he can’t be rude towards his family. Instead he answers their questions with very simple one word answers. Communication towards his parents feels like a jail bird in a penitentiary away from any contact with other human relations. Ryan feels as if he can only truly open up to his close friends.

Walking down town on a brisk, cold morning, time stands still as Ryan walks by Katie Smith. Its an everlasting crush that when he walks by, her bright blue eyes bleed through his skin melting down to his cold heart. His instant reaction is to stare back and pry his frozen lips apart to crack a smile.

It’s a calm, dark, still night. Every step to the door of Ryan’s friend’s place is a thud corresponding to the sonorous music. The first step inside the house hits him like a ton of bricks. Everything flash freezes around him as he takes in every little facet. It all begins to rush before him in a matter of seconds, whooshing by his stunned eyes like a blank flip book. There she is, the girl with those blue eyes of cold coals. She sticks out above all that is around. The scent of red eye watering smoke and intoxicated monkeys surrounds him with all his focus upon this one girl.

Nothing but a computer monitor glows upon Ryan and Katie’s faces. Everything around them feels so frivolous. Hand upon hand they lay on a bed looking at the ceiling as if its a dark sky filled with illuminating stars. Nothing has ever been so important to them besides their company for each other. Its their one escape.

ACT TWO

Ryan opens his eyes looking to his left and looking to his right. Katie’s presence is no longer by his side. He gets a cold chill upon his naked legs. He slowly lifts his head rubbing his glued shut eyes trying to clear his vision. Looking to his fore arm he notices a clear like cable going into his skin as if he’s some sort of charging robot. It hits him suddenly in the head that he is in a hospital. Uncertain of why he is in this facility he gets up out of his bed leaving his room.

Walking through the halls is ever so quiet and the sound reaches a level 0.0 decibels. He hears the stick between his feet and cold blue tiled floor with every step. The hall seems ever so long. A faint noise enters his ears. The noise begins to draw closer and closer. The blood begins to feel as if its bubbling in his veins. Sweat begins to rolls down his face and the stick between his feet and floor becomes less evident, as each step begins to be more and more moist from his sweaty skin. Ryan stops in the middle of the hallway. The noise from his left ear flows through his head all becoming focused from the right side.

A crowd of people is gathered around a bed, heads down and arm in arm. In this room lays Katie with her family surrounding her, mourning. Her eyes shut and her body laying as still as a doll. Ryan enters through the door way and the family suddenly looks over to him. Tears rolling down their sorrowed faces they turn back to Katie. Ryan’s heart beat increases, feeling it through his throat and head. It hits him. His nimble legs collapse to hard floor and tears begin to roll down his pale face. In shock of the death of Katie.

Mental flashback takes a look back at Ryan abusing himself with drugs and alcohol. Down on his knees on the cold tiled floor he raises his head with tears. Ryan realizes Katie was the only person who he could relate to and communicate to about life.

ACT THREE

It’s a bright sunny afternoon, but the air is brisk and cold. Ryan’s body is too weak and nimble to support himself. He sits in a wheel chair outside at the cemetery where Katie lays. Her family is gathered in sorrow as the minister slowly cranks the coffin holding Katie’s cold dead body into the hard, dark soils of the ground. The tears begin to freeze across Ryan’s face as he closes his eyes.

Ryan opens his eyes, he is back at his friend’s house. His mind makes everything around him stand still but this one face across the room stares back at him. Kate and Ryan look at each other and smile.

What exactly do you mean by "pull this all together"?

It's well written already, are you looking for plot ideas?
