Just for clarification by "Pre-sale", I mean the sale of rights of a film to a country/region before the film in completed.

Not in terms of retailers buying the completed film before its release.

well, imdb pro is probably your best bet. I'd also try the hollywood stock exchange. Both may cost you some money, however.
