cant move on with my script, no ideas come to my mind, please all of you, give me some motivation, where can i get some inspiration? short stories? ahh i dont know, have to finish this script in 2 weeks....******

Read the book "Screen writing from the Soul". If you have time and like to read, this book will motivate you like you got a fire under your ass.

If you don't have time to read, then listen to music as the others suggested. Listen to "School" by Supertramp, listen to "Optimistic" by Radiohead, listen to "Loose Yourself" if you can stand Eminem, I like it, go listen to some of the new Silverchair album, or go and watch "American History X" or "Do the Right Thing"...then go to the beach if one is near and listen to the ocean!!! These things should help.

Try looking through a newspaper. There are little 'filler articles' that have more interesting ideas than the big headlines (sometimes). I read one article about a town that posted signs outside it's city limits prohibiting SATAN from entering the town - as it's against the law (their council actually passed a law saying SATAN couldn't trespass/enter the town)! People kept stealing the signs, so the mayor was going to put up big concrete signs so they couldn't be stolen.

Just one example. That article has script written all over it! I've written several short plays because of things I've read in newspapers, seen on the internet, etc.

Everyone has AT LEAST ONE totally unbelievable true story that happened to them that they tell at parties, etc. Start with YOUR unbelievable story and then make it EVEN BETTER. This is a great way to come up with a good story when you're short on time.

Try and think of something really odd that no one would think about normally...and see if you can imagine a story revolving around it. THis is a pretty general and broad tip, but it helped me complete my last script that's set 85% of the time in a rest area bathroom.
