it's my friend's work place, and it's perfect for my short film. however i met the boss guy, and he told me i need to get liability/release forms... does anybody know how that should look?

i figure it should just say our names, what we're doing and that the guy in charge is not responsible if anything happens.

but would anyone have any examples??

or at least something i can copy and paste?

this may be really bad advice - just so you know

if he doesn't know what a liability release form looks like and neither do you, just write something that essentially hold him not responsible for any damage, injury, or death which occurs as a result of your movie shooting. sign it - have him sign it. essentially that is all a contract is. technically it should be notarized and sealed by a witness.

id send an email to tizzy or chris directly, or someone else u trust from this site

At least he didn't mention insurance.

I remember that someone here had to get allot of coverage to shoot in a school.
