I'm going to be filming a video this summer and i don't have the funds to purchase a pd-150(camera-of-choice), dat recorders, and lighting equipment. I have access to indoor theatre cans, pars, and elipsodal lights but i dont think those will work. I was wondering what would be a good place to rent equipment, or any tips on getting use of stuff for free?????

You're beautiful, just touch it.

Have a local community college with a film, and TV program? If so, go speak to the department chair, and see if you cant take a class, and in return, gain acess to some of their equipment. Just a thought. Renting can get pricey. If you got that route, your going to have to plan ahead in great detail, to limit production days, and, in turn, lower costs.
