Hey, If you happen to be using AE 6.0 PRO for your compositing, then you should check out the Keylight plugin that comes with it..

Academy Award winning software, and let me tell you...
It is VERY accurate, and it takes only a few clicks to get the results you want...
If you have AE 6.0, then def. check this out...
