Hey guys, i am new to the forum and this is my first post. i look forward to finding a lot of useful information here. i have just finished my first year of film school, and i am planning my project for the summer. my ideas have transformed the film into a feature-length film. this scares me a little as my longest previous film was 11 minutes. however, i know my crew and i are up to the challenge. however, before we can get started, i need to find some equipment, mainly lighting equipment and a video camera (i dont have the money to shoot this on film). i will be shooting in the Cincinnati, Ohio area this summer, and im hoping to make this on as small of a budget as i possibly can. does anybody know of a place that could rent (or even possibly donate for a month?) a good video camera or lighting equipment near Cincinnati? any help would really be appreciated. sorry for the long post, i just thought i would give some background information on the project.
