Maybe they could first talk to each other whilst taking deliveries in through the back, she drops something and comes to her aid. Cheesy but a random thought.

What about if they worked together? Who says she has to be a customer? Shouldn't there be more to the story than the night shift? Unless that alludes to something else...was there something you had in mind to make this movie worth that name? Everything in the story happens at night, not just the relationship? Is the story really all about the relationship? I think there should be more.
It's our job as Christians to get the word out about Him. Who have you talked to about Jesus today?

Ok well I don't know if you will like this idea but I'll give it a shot anyways... The girl can be getting in trouble from her supervisor b/c she messed up (ordered the wrong products, didn't stock the shelves properly, ect.) and The boy sticks up for her b/c it wasn't really her fault, it could be some other worker... That could possibly be how they meet. Then you just need to establish some common ground between the two of them to create conversations of interest... And maybe once they meet she could ask him to go for coffee when they are on break, and they can go have coffee together and if you want there could be a coffee place in the store, that way you even keep the story focused around the store. Just an idea... Hopefuly it can be of some use to you, but if not let me know and I'll see if I can get you some more ideas
Sincerely, Bird
