The Chattahoochee Film and Video Competition
will stop taking entries after June 30th.
(Your entry must have a postmark of June 30 or sooner.) This is an EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY
for any young filmmaker to have his work seen by a professional L.A. actor whose film won the
Academy Award (r)in 2001. Our judge is
Eddie King, and his film, "The Accountant"
won the Oscar for best short live action film.
First prize for this competition is $750.
The best entries will be shown in the movie theatre located inside the Columbus Museum in Columbus Georgia. There will be a HUGE PARTY at the Columbus Museum the night of Sept. 20th.
If your entry is selected to be screened, you will be invited to the party and your admission (for one) is FREE! GREAT FOOD! GREAT DRINKS!
LOTS OF FILMS! LOTS OF FILMMAKERS!
This competition, because it is still young,
will likely have less than 100 entries.
Your chances of winning, placing, or being shown are very high! SEND IN YOUR ENTRY!!!!!
Entries must be on VHS tape, and must be 30 minutes or less in length. Include your name, address, phone number, and email address,
and a check for $15 made out to The Columbus
Film Society. Do not send your original tape --
SEND A COPY -- it will not be returned!
GOOD LUCK! ENTER YOUR MOVIE!
