The submission deadline for consideration in this year's festival is August 31, 2006. No entry fee is required for full-length works. Please send DVD or VHS screener to: Pittsburgh Filmmakers Three Rivers Film Festival attn: Richard Engel 477 Melwood Ave Pittsburgh, PA 15213 --- SHORTS The submissions deadline for inclusion in this year's shorts program is September 15, 2006. Works from all genres will be considered including narrative, experimental, documentary and animation. All works must be under 25 minutes in length. Prizes will be awarded for the top three films.
