Backseat Film Festival 2006 Philadelphia Schedule Announced!

12 Feature Film Premieres and over 50 Shorts and Music Videos!

February 20th, 2006; The Drinking Man’s Film Festival is please to announce our 2006 program, which takes place February 28th through March 5th at the Triangle Theater (1220 N. Lawrence Street, Btwn 4th and 5th St, Philadelphia, PA 19122). Ticket prices are cheap, $5 for one film program or $25 for an all access laminate! There’s free booze at every screening, and all afterparties are FREE! This year’s festival features 13 screening blocks with over 35 hours of rock n’ roll films! Each block features a Philadelphia Premiere Feature, as well as music videos and shorts!

Tuesday, February 28th-
10pm - BFF Opening Ceremony and Burning Angel Porno Showcase (Re-Penetrator, The Making of Re-Penetrator, Sneak Preview of The XXXorcist and Joanna’s Angel’s 2) Porn star Joanna Angel in attendance
12am – Party at Ministry Of Information (447 Poplar St)

Wednesday, March 1st-

Now in its fourth year, The BFF is devoted to the best in edgy, unpretentious movies from all over the cinematic globe. An electrifying mix of zany short films, sleazy music videos, unrelenting documentaries and some of the most exciting feature film premieres around, the BFF is a showcase for movies that embody the youthful, exhilarating spirit of rock ‘n roll. No multicultural-love-stories or heavy-handed political statements here, just a lot of zombies, hot chicks, bad jokes and great music.

Well, to be honest, I haven't the foggiest idea why someone would, I think in this context it's understood that they were trying to promote something of thei--Yes? ... No, no I don't think it's creative, I think it's a blatent misuse of the poll function, although some higher-level execs seem to disagr--what's that? You know.... For some reason I just don't think the poster of the original thing cares at all if his poll was stupid.... That's just a hunch though. I could be wrong.
