International Black Documentary Festival is now accepting film and video submissions for the 2007 festival schedule. This is a juried festival for Black documentary filmmakers worldwide. Students and professionals all welcome. Email your request for additional info and a submission application to BlackDocuFest@hotmail.com. Entry fee $25 US. Submission deadline 11/1/06. Festival scheduled to take place in Atlanta, Georgia (United States).

Yes, you can enter. Though the festival seeks to specifically showcase black documentary filmmakers, we are also open to other filmmakers whose documentaries focus on issues that impact people of African descent.
