I'm looking for films for the next Mini-Cinema Film Festival, a completely free film festival that I've been running in Fairmont, West Virginia for the past two years. By completely free, I mean there are no entry fees to filmmakers and no cover charge to festival goers.

Films of all lengths and genres are accepted. In the past, we've screened films such as Chad Ferrin's THE GHOULS (now availible from Silver Nitrate), Onur Tukel's DING-A-LING-LESS (Go-Kart Films), Lee Gordon Demarbre's JESUS CHRIST VAMPIRE HUNTER, and Amy Lynn Best's SEVERE INJURIES.

Among the films that will be playing at our next event is LOLLILOVE, written and directed by Jenna Fischer (of NBC's The Office), co-written by James Gunn (Dawn of the Dead 2004, Scooby-Doo, Tromeo & Juliet, The Specials) and starring the couple along with Linda Cardellini, Judy Greer, and Lloyd Kaufman. We also have SUNNYVALE, from first time director James Ricardo, which premiered at Cinequest earlier this year.

Initially, I was asked to try and cut back on some content, mostly gore and nudity. Well, after not recieving many entries, I had some discussion with the management and they've decided to let me use my best judgement instead of just cutting off any entries being submitted.

Do you accept out-of-town (foreign) submissions? I'm in the great-white-north eh, and I'd like to make some submittable stuff, both for this festival and this site.
