The Boston Motion Picture Awards' 2005-2006 International Short Film Competition is seeking student and professional short films!
Last year, 4 out of the competition's 10 finalists were students!
This year's 1st place winner will receive at least $1,000 for future work, Final Draft Screenwriting software, a free web page dedicated to your film on the BMPA web site, a free 6-month subscription to Macworld magazine, a free personal finance guide by financial author and speaker Peter Bielagus, a review of your film by the BMPA founders (for use in your press kits, DVD covers, and posters), and exposure through BMPA press releases!
The Regular Deadline for entries is September 1st, so to save a little money, make sure to get your film in ASAP.
Well, considering the fact that you don't accept films that have been shown on the internet, this sure is a weird place for you to be advertising this festival.
