Eerie Horror Film Festival Announces Call for Entries for 2007 Season:
Seeking independent films, video games and screenplays for annual competition.


The Eerie Horror Film Festival has officially opened its call for entries and is currently seeking independent horror, science fiction and suspense themed films,video games and screenplays from around the world!

Since 2004 the internationally recognized festival has screened over 150 films and has featured appearances by several established figures in the horror genre including actors Tony Todd (Candyman) and Gunnar Hansen (Texas Chainsaw Massacre '74), actress PJ Soles (Halloween), director Lloyd Kaufman (Toxic Avenger) and Seamus Davey-Fitzpatrick , the young star of the recent 20th Century Fox remake of The Omen.

Awards and prizes will be offered to the winners in several categories and students, ages 10 - 17 years of age can enter at a special discounted rate.

The fourth Annual Eerie Horror Film Festival will take place at the Erie Playhouse in Erie, Pennsylvania, October 10 – 14, 2007, and will feature five days of independent films, special celebrity guests and thousands of attendees.
