AIM: Online Status For screenwriter114
Posted
2 weeks from now topics, props, lines and other impositions will be forced on many different teams. This looks even better than last year. Theres a catagory for high schoolers now, so you won't compete against proffesionals with grip trucks and casting directors. I know theres a few other Texans here. I live in Houston, but could anyone in Dallas help me with something I'd explain better (my AIM screenwriter114) or team up if you think we could manage (although I'd rather compete against you Big Grin) But hopefully some other Texans or people out of state can somehow join in (and theres always a way around shipping; try the southwest airlines courier service) I know some entertaining, suicidal, and maybe brilliant moments can be had.
Registration is tommorow, and the space is limited, so get going!http://www.dallasvideo.org/videorace/

I'm doing it again this year. Last year was an experience that I would like to see happen again.

I might sign up, but not sure yet since I might actually have to do some other filmmaking that weekend. Jeff Ray are you going solo??

I've got a team of 10. We'll be competing in the college section of the festival since I'm the only high school kid on the team.

Wow, that sounds really really interesting and fun. If I lived anywhere near Dallas, I would definitely get in on that.
