The Shadow Festival offers documentary-makers from all over the world the chance to show their work in a personal framework, where the contact and discussion between filmmaker and audience is highly cherished. The Shadow festival is a forum that focuses on where the magic of the documentary lies in. There will be lectures and workshops that examine closely special features of the genre.
The Shadow Festival emphasises creativity and originality within the documentary . There arenât any restrictions with regard to the length of the film or to the content.
