The 100.00 is a entry fee and we require this if you want to join the festival.

Most of the fetival like sundance and canadian festival also require an entry fee.

I'm sorry but, no way. $100 for a entry to a 'brand new' film festival who's site is hosted on a FREE redirector and poorly laid out site?

...at a glittering awards night to be telecast across worldwide.
Right, BS detector going off. Also, the $100 is to submit your film, not entry. You can still get "rejected".

And it may be true that festivals like Sundance require an extravagant entry but they are worldwide film festivals that have been operating for years and have many celebritarial endorsements. Your's is sponsered by the same place it's held.

Personally, I wouldn't even think of wasting your time with this one.

Thank you for your comment. We never force filmmakers to join the IFAF. If you want to join, it is the filmmaker decision.

Also.. IFAF priority is in the professional filmmakers, there is only a category for student filmmakers.

As of the moment we have 100 registered films from different film studio worldwide.

The they are all paid.

Anyway IFAF will continue give prestige to filmmakers. Next IFAF will be in Hongkong in 2007.

Cheers
