ABOUT THE FESTIVAL
IndependentFilmForum.com http://www.independentfilmforum.com/index.php will hold its Second Online Film Festival from June 1 – September 22, 2006. The festival is open to shorts and feature length films in the following genres: comedy, drama, action, documentary, and science fiction/horror and experimental. Because our first online festival (November 15, 2005 – February 26, 2006) was such a success, we have decided to double the festival purse to $2000!

Festival prizes include:
Best Feature Film $500
Best Short Film $500
In addition, there will be prizes for the top film in each genre.

During the festival period, the IF2 user community, including a panel of professionals from all facets of the film and television industry, will have the opportunity to review and rate each of the festival entries. The three films with the highest average ratings in both the feature and short categories will move on to the finalist round. In the finalist round, the guest industry professionals will vote to determine the festival winners.
