Tidbit: about 1/3rd of the way through the trailer when the first small spacefighter blows up, if you go through frame by frame you can seee the dead pilot fly out into space. Its actually kind of funny.

what a horrble horrible joke that George Lucas has played on you all!!! In order to see that trailer you have to sign up, giving away personal information (ei. email address and name etc...) and when it totally sucks he is going to post all of your information on their website and you will be hunted down and killed by an angry mob when Episode 3 is discovered for the piece of crap it will inevitably be. The prequels were only made to make Episodes 4-6 look better than they are.

It looks like it could be cool, but I highly doubt it will be...I'll still go see it though, just because I used to be a huge Star Wars buff, and even if I don't like it I still wanna give it a chance.
yeah, im convinced all 3 prequels could have been turned into one 3 hour epic film, especially seeing as a file entitled "he clone wars" had all of seemingly 10 minutes of the actual clone war, wtf is up with that?

That was the awesomest star wars post Kane. Seriously. Why call a movie Attack of the CLones when there is ten miutes of actual clones fighting?
I just want to see this last one because Palpatine looks EVIL! I hope he is more evil in the movie then in the trailer.

And even worse, didn't Yoda announce, "The clone wars have begun" at the very END of Attack of the Clones? I remember when I used to like star wars when I was kid and they first announced they were coming out with the prequels, everyone else wanted to see how Skywalker became Vader, but I just wanted to see the Clone Wars that Obi Wan talked about, they just sounded cool.

Yeah, that's exactly what I was hoping for. episode 1 could have been entirely summed up and ten minutes. the first half of episode two in another ten and the rest could have been the actual war. Episode two would deal with war and the fall of Anakin. apisode 3 would be the War is a completely over (everyones "taken over") and we basically show everybody dying. (This is what I hope this last on will be!)
But, ditto on the whole living on Star Wars as a kid. I think thats the only movie I could watch when I was little.

i like how in attack of the clones, during the clone war scene, Lucas decided to film it all 'new age' war style, shaking the camera around, zooming in for no reason. he's an idiot.
