My school recently screened this and it was excellent. It views the biopic internally. There is little, if any truth to the story of the film but it is instead a metaphor for what Arbus was feeling at the turning point of her life.

It starts out a bit cliche and has a few loopy turns that I didn't quite buy, but overall this is an excellent film.

Viva La Robert Downey Jr.!!!

But that's just my opinion. I could be wrong.

it looks superb. I can't wait to see it. The cinematography alone looks worth it.

this whole bio pic phase is getting as annoying and unoriginal as every new reality show, just a re-hashed schtick, now we even get TWO Capote movies. they all seem to try to play themselves off as something new or different, but every single one ive seen is the same thing, with a differewnt actor vying for an oscar.

Agrees with HDK. My brother caught this at a festival and said it was not good at all.
