Nah, good flick. I love his advice for when a police afficer is attempting to pull you over. LOL.
If you like Benincio, be sure to check out some of his other work. Of course, his scene stealing style in "The Usual Suspects" was great, and if you rent "The Pledge", Benincio is AMAZING as a retarded Native American accused of a young girls murder. Just a small scene, but easily one of the most moving of the film. There is also his very first role. He played the "dog faced boy" in "Big Top Pee Wee." LOL, hey, it paid the bills. R. Michael

Actually, Terry Gilliam is probably my favorite director. If you are intersted in his work, you must see "Brazil," it is by far his best film and, in my opinion, one of the most darkly comic, beautiful, original, layered, detailed, and perfectly constructed films ever made. The only reason why the movie isn't that well known is that it sparked a huge feud between Gilliam and Columbia Pictures that stands as maybe the most clear example of art vs. commercialism in Hollywood. Basically, the studio ended up not promoting it afterward and it was barely released stateside. Do some research about Sid Sheinberg and Gilliam's arguments after you see the movie.
I am always lending my Criterion Collection copy out. Find a copy, it is inspiring.
