I had success with my previous question, so I'll try again:

I've asked this once before on the boards and got no response; I saw an animated short about 3 years ago on IFC (it was during one of those short film clip shows they do, so my iO just listed it as "Short Films Collection).

Anyway, bottom line, if anyone knows the name of it, it's a foreign (maybe italian, some middle eastern language, cant remember) animated short film about some army troops testing out a new tank in the desert. THe tank can detect fear and hunts down all the men as they each become frightened of it. It looked at least 30 or 40 years old, really cool style story and music. If anyone knows the name, where I can find it, or has at least just seen it and knows what I'm rambling about, HELP ME OUT!
