Anyone rent it yet? I thought it was pretty good. Any filmmaker needs to see it as an example of what you don't want to have happen in production. At the same time, any non-filmmaker will feel the pain Gilliam goes through in those 6 long production days.

As a feature documentary, I wanted more of a story arc than was presented. I don't know, I guess it's tough to tell a compelling story when the audience already knows the ending.

Lost in La Mancha was great. I'm a big Gilliam fan, so i loved the movie. I can't wait for his new movie, The Brothers Grimm, to come out.

My mother brought me in the theatre, telling me it was. I saw the documentary start, thinking it was a pre-show type thing. After 1 hour, I was really pissed, and then THE END pops up. That had to be a scam. "Lost in la mancha" printed on the poster, with a picture of the characters, oh, and the words OFFICIAL SELCECTION CHICAGO FILM FESTIVAL in the bottom right corner..
